International Orders: 

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post. 

Damage Items: 

If you received a wrong order or damaged order which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault. Please contact our customer service team contact@goldinswim.com with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome.

Returns & Exchange: 

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in their original unused condition including original tags attached and packaging for a store credit.

All merchandise should be returned within 7 days after delivery. You are able to return for a different size, style or store credit as we do not issue refunds.

Returned items must include tags and hygiene stickers. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.

To begin the exchange process, please email us at contact@goldinswim.com with your order number, full name, and the reason for return/exchange. 

All return shipping costs are to be held responsible by the customer. We are not responsible for the loss of your bikini(s) being returned. For your protection and in case of any loss or damage, please ensure your return package is insured and has a tracking number.

Once the items arrive at GoldInSwim returns, you will receive an email that your store credit or exchange has been processed.

Note: Make sure to keep a copy of your shipping receipt. Should there be any issues with the shipment of your return, this will serve as your proof of shipment.
